For most of us, driving to work is as natural as eating breakfast or getting dressed. Now, Bournemouth Borough Council wants to reduce the number of cars on our roads.
Their scheme aims to lower CO-two emissions, while keeping you and your bank balance healthy. Josh Wilde has this report.
